Panic - Epilepsy

Do Not Watch Videos If Epileptic

This video would create panic if just one of the audience had photosensitive epilepsy, These videos were constructed with stopmotion animation, The Word "Epilepsy" was printed black on white and then again inverted, I then took photographs of the prints and put them into an image sequence using quicktime.

This video shows the word epilepsy flashing at 15 frames per second.


This video shows the word epilepsy flashing at 30 frames per second.

I would like to test the two animations on an epileptic person and see which effected them quicker, this is mainly out of morbid curiosity, but i also think documenting the experiment would help contextualise the animation under the title of panic.
